We are seeking a organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. Job Requirements

           Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.

    Office Operations
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.

    Meeting and Event Coordination
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Arrange logistics for events, conferences, and team activities.

    Record Keeping and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial and operational documents.
  • Assist in tracking expenses and preparing reports.
