What you will do:
<ul>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute lift and elevator installation and modernization projects.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.</li>
<li>Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to support project execution.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve project issues.</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities for project approvals.</li>
<li>Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and support cost control initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct progress meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure all works comply with industry standards and regulations, including EN81-20 &amp; EN81-50, MS2022, and JKKP requirements.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
