<li>Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality</li>
<li>Solve on-site issues independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and provide regular updates</li>
<li>Ensure site safety and proper work standards</li>
<li>Supervise and guide site staff</li>
<li>Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation</li>
