Job Description
Company Overview
We are a growing construction and renovation company based in Klang Valley, delivering residential and commercial projects.
As we scale to larger projects, we are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can independently manage site execution and be a key part of our growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality
- Solve on-site issues independently with minimal supervision
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Ensure site safety and proper work standards
- Supervise and guide site staff
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Salary & Benefits
- RM5,500 – RM7,000 (based on experience)
- Performance bonus based on project completion

Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years experience in construction / renovation / fit-out
- Able to run site independently without constant supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills on-site
- Able to manage workers and multiple subcontractors
- Good communication skills (client & contractor handling)
- Responsible, proactive, and takes ownership of projects
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley
