This role blends front desk hospitality with administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
Front Desk &amp; Customer Service

<li>Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage check-ins, bookings, and court reservations &nbsp;</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle membership registrations, renewals, and account updates &nbsp;</li>

Administrative &amp; Business Support

<li>Maintain accurate membership databases and records &nbsp;</li>
