Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Business Administrator to be the face of our facility. This role blends front desk hospitality with administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
   
• Manage check-ins, bookings, and court reservations
   
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
   
• Handle membership registrations, renewals, and account updates
   
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
   

Administrative & Business Support

• Maintain accurate membership databases and records
   
• Assist with scheduling leagues, lessons, and special events
   
• Support marketing initiatives (email campaigns, social media updates, event promotion)
   
• Prepare basic reports on attendance, sales, and membership trends
   
• Order and manage office and facility supplies
   

Operations Support

• Coordinate with coaches and operations staff for daily programming
   
• Help ensure the facility is clean, organized, and welcoming
   
• Troubleshoot minor scheduling or member concerns efficiently
   
• Support special events, tournaments, and community programs

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in front desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer service roles
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
   
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
   
• Professional appearance and demeanor
   
• Interest in sports, recreation, or pickleball is a plus
