&nbsp;About the Role As a Marketing &amp; Social Media Executive at Rethink, you’ll help plan and execute creative, data-driven campaigns that build brand awareness and engagement for both the company and its clients. This role suits someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in digital marketing and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Plan, create, and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns, from content ideation and scheduling to performance tracking.</li>
<li>Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.</li>
<li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO techniques to monitor and improve campaign performance.</li>
<li>Create engaging written and visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, and blogs that reflect each brand’s voice and objectives.</li>
<li>Conduct research on market trends, audiences, and competitors to identify opportunities.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing marketing performance reports and insights for management and clients.</li>
<li>Support client project coordination to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.</li>
<li>Contribute ideas for collaborations, influencer engagement, and other digital initiatives.</li>
<li>Help maintain brand consistency and support social media crisis communication protocols.</li>
</ul>
