<p>As an <strong>Assistant Marketing Strategist</strong>, you’ll be the operational glue that keeps timelines, deliverables, and expectations aligned, working with our creative, digital, event, and tech teams.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<h4>Project Coordination &amp; Planning</h4>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with strategists/account managers to understand project scope, deliverables, and timelines.</li>
<li>Develop and manage project timelines, resourcing plans, and task trackers.</li>
<li>Proactively identify bottlenecks and coordinate solutions with internal teams.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Cross-Departmental Liaison</h4>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the main point of coordination between strategist leads and execution teams (creative, digital, event ops, content, tech).</li>
<li>Ensure all teams are aligned with deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.</li>
<li>Lead internal status meetings and maintain clear documentation on project progress.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Quality &amp; Delivery Oversight&nbsp;</h4>
<ul>
<li>Monitor the quality and timeliness of all project outputs.</li>
<li>Ensure feedback cycles are well-managed and deadlines are protected.</li>
<li>Escalate risks or delays to relevant stakeholders promptly.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Workflow &amp; Tool Optimization</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support in the adoption of project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Trello, etc.)</li>
<li>Continuously improve operational workflows and SOPs across teams.</li>
</ul>
