Salary: RM1,800 + Commission

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Store Promoter to join our team. The role involves promoting fertilizer and agricultural products while managing social media and e-commerce activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote fertilizer and agricultural products to walk-in customers at the store.
• Create engaging content and actively manage the company’s Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada accounts.
• Conduct live hosting sessions on social media platforms to promote products and increase sales.
• Handle customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including chat support, product questions, and after-sales service.
• Process online orders, update product listings, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support sales activities across the northern region when required.
• Assist in basic store operations, stock checks, and product arrangement.
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Preferrably Male Candidates
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, sales, or agriculture industry is an added advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
• Comfortable speaking in front of the camera for live hosting.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within the northern region when needed.
