Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Store Promoter to join our team. The role involves promoting fertilizer and agricultural products while managing social media and e-commerce activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Promote fertilizer and agricultural products to walk-in customers at the store.</li>
<li>Create engaging content and actively manage the company’s Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada accounts.</li>
<li>Conduct live hosting sessions on social media platforms to promote products and increase sales.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including chat support, product questions, and after-sales service.</li>
<li>Process online orders, update product listings, and ensure timely order fulfillment.</li>
<li>Support sales activities across the northern region when required.</li>
<li>Assist in basic store operations, stock checks, and product arrangement.</li>
<li>Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.</li>
</ul>
