We work with clients to develop gas/LNG strategies, assess gas value chain to support investment decisions and conduct commercial &amp; economic evaluation of gas/LNG projects and contracts. Our clients include, integrated energy companies, utilities, governments, infrastructure players and investors in the gas value chain.</div></div></div></div>Responsibilities and Impact:This role will contribute to the execution of our team’s projects in APAC for local and international private and public sector clients with a focus on market related and commercial aspects of gas and LNG. This role will also support our rapidly expanding global team address growing needs for expert advice.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic global team of consultants and experts with wide-ranging backgrounds in gas, LNG and energy. The varied and changing nature of our projects leads to development of a diverse set of skills, and exposure to various types of clients, including senior industry leaders and policy makers.<ul><li>Participate in consulting project development and delivery, leading gas/LNG supply, demand, and price forecasts</li><li>Develop energy industry knowledge in various APAC markets as driven by different consulting projects and client needs. Project work would entail gas supply-demand modelling, legal and regulatory framework analysis, entry strategies, scenario planning, economics analysis, and asset due diligence and valuation. The main geographical focus will be in APAC</li><li>Deliver insights through contributions to written reports, presentations, and client interactions</li><li>Participate in client or industry events and share key takeaways that impact the consulting team’s work and priorities</li><li>Participate in client meetings and contribute to final presentations</li></ul>What We’re Looking For: Required Skills:-<ul><li>Two to four years of experience in industry, consulting, or finance environments, in areas related to energy market &amp; commercial analysis and/or M&amp;A in the energy value chain in APAC</li><li>Experience in management consulting will be a significant plus</li><li>Minimum qualification is a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or economics or similar.</li><li>Strong written and oral presentation skills in English and knowledge of any other APAC languages is a plus.</li><li>Must have an analytical frame of mind and prepared to use data to back up opinions.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment providing ideas and open feedback.</li><li>Some travel is required on average around 10% of the time (but could occasionally be more).</li></ul>About S&amp;P Global Energy At S&amp;P Global Energy, our comprehensive view of global energy and commodities markets enables our customers to make superior decisions and create long-term, sustainable value.
