Responsibilities and Impact:<ul><li>Analyze customer data in AEP to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, create audience segments, and track campaign performance with reports and dashboards.</li><li>Maintain and optimize customer segmentation strategies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information in AEP.</li><li>Provide recommendations and support to customers and marketers, addressing their data needs and staying updated with the latest database marketing and AEP practices.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and accuracy in AEP by working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.</li><li>Comfortable working with EMEA time zone hours and handling night calls with stakeholders and team members.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or any related field</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Alteryx, SQL, and Adobe Experience Platform</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</li></ul>Additional Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in database marketing or CRM is a plus</li><li>Advanced Excel experience – Experience with import, manipulation and presentation of data, V Lookup &amp; Pivot Tables would be an added advantage</li></ul>What’s In It For You?Our Purpose:Progress is not a self-starter.
