This internship offers hands-on experience in GPS tracking, vehicle telematics, and fleet management technologies. The ideal candidate will assist our technical team in system installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance while gaining valuable industry knowledge
Responsibilities: ● Assist in the configuration and maintenance of GPS tracking systems ● Support troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software ● Perform diagnostic tests and quality control (QC) checks on vehicle tracking devices and sensors before deployment. ● Inspect returned devices to identify issues and assist in basic troubleshooting. ● Assist in maintaining technical documentation, reports, and inventory records ● Help analyze fleet data to optimize vehicle tracking efficiency ● Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards ● Provide technical support to clients and team members when needed ● Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth system implementation
