<ul>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.</li>
<li>Represent the MD in meetings when required and ensure accurate follow-up and reporting.</li>
<li>Assist the MD in daily operations, priorities, and decision-making support.</li>
<li>Coordinate, schedule, and manage all meetings, including preparation of agendas and taking minutes.</li>
<li>Review, manage, and maintain confidentiality of contracts, agreements, correspondence, and sensitive documents.</li>
<li>Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain an efficient filing and documentation system for the MD’s office.</li>
<li>Provide full secretarial and administrative support for both business and personal matters.</li>
<li>Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the MD’s personal expenses, bills, and payments.</li>
<li>Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operational flow.</li>
<li>Assist in managing property matters, including renovation and tenancy coordination when required.</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and demonstrate professionalism and initiative.</li>
<li>Undertake any additional tasks or special projects as assigned by the MD.</li>
</ul>
