Job Responsibilities:
- Handling General Ledger and Recording of any financial transactions into the correct account
- Handling payments in bank portals
- Handling of accounts receivable
- Handling of accounts payable
- Support any other task related to Account Department
- Performing other Office Task such as filing, data entry, handling communication with customer / clients
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Capable of multitasking with a strong commitment to efficiency and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer usage
- Knowledge of or familiarity with AutoCount Accounting System (or similar systems such as SQL) is an added advantage
- Able to start immediately (urgent hiring)
- Willing to work on a 6-month contract basis
