<ins>Position Overview</ins>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Perform microbiological sampling and testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental swabs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Conduct microbiological analyses including antimicrobial activity testing, Total Plate Count (TPC), Yeast &amp; Mold, Coliforms, E. coli, and other laboratory testing.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare culture media, reagents, laboratory solutions, and maintain microbiological cultures according to SOPs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Record, analyse, and document laboratory results accurately while maintaining complete laboratory records.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, environmental monitoring, and laboratory safety practices.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in R&amp;D projects, laboratory purchasing, method validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Work closely with our scientists to develop innovative technologies that preserve beneficial bacteria while combating harmful microorganisms.</li>
