About the Role
We are looking for an Interior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced design and build environment. You’ll be involved in conceptualizing, designing, and executing residential projects with a strong emphasis on function, practicality, and aesthetics. This role requires hands-on involvement from design to site execution, working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop conceptual and detailed designs for residential projects (3,000 sqft and above).</li>
<li>Prepare and present mood boards, material selections, and design proposals.</li>
<li>Produce 2D technical drawings, space planning, and oversee 3D visualization work.</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.</li>
<li>Attend site meetings and inspections to address design-related issues and refinements.</li>
<li>Ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness while maintaining project profitability.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure milestones are met on schedule.</li>
</ul>
