In this critical role, the incumbent will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a sustainable growth in the segment.&nbsp;What will you do?<ul><li>Performance Management: Responsible for the financial performance (Orders and Sales) of One Schneider portfolio and DE scope in Hotel &amp; Real Estate segments, identify areas for improvement, and implement mitigation action plans to close financial performance gap.</li><li>One Schneider Mindset: Collaborate with other divisions to drive the One Schneider approach, aiming to meet or exceed growth ambitions.</li><li>Segment Leadership:<ul><li>Adapt &amp; deploy the global segment playbook to the East Asia zone and individual countries.</li><li>Provide leadership through providing segment expertise, coaching and sales support to country teams and/or targeted accounts to improve sales efficiency/focus and maximize hit rate.</li><li>Be the Voice of the Customer and provide market intelligence, customer feedback and competition activity to drive innovative and business growth proposals.</li><li>Define and formalize the offers’ roadmap, the go-to-market to support growth of segment.</li><li>Embed One Software into the segment solution to drive customer adoption.</li></ul></li><li>Strategy Plan: Collaborate with global segment and country team to develop and implement business strategies (3-year strategy/account plan) to achieve three-year growth ambition.</li><li>Operating Plan: Operationalize strategy and lead the implementation with the country team through a structured business plan and set up regular cadence to follow up progress.</li><li>Ecosystem Development: Guide country team in developing segment ecosystem, end customers, design firms, contractors, panel builders, and other key stakeholders.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and achievement of growth objectives.</li><li>Pipeline Management: Manage segment pipeline using bFO and provide visibility to SE cross-business division teams.</li><li>Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with all stakeholders to proactively resolve customer issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.</li><li>Team Leadership: Form and lead Hotel &amp; Real Estate Segment virtual team (global, region, country teams), providing guidance, coaching, and support to elevate their competency and performance.
