This role involves providing technical and application expertise, developing commercial strategies, and contributing/leading marketing initiatives to ensure the successful promotion and implementation of our products.What will you do?&nbsp;Technical &amp; Commercial Support:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Act as a product technical expert in product applications, providing support and recommendations to customers and internal teams.</li></ul>Sales and Business Development:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify, support and secure sales opportunities, ensuring annual sales and order targets are met.</li><li>Lead and engage in pre-sales and marketing activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, research, demonstrations, and high-level system architecture for selected accounts.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team to strengthen their capabilities and customer interactions.</li><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies, including pricing, advertising, and product launches.</li><li>Analyze market trends and competition to position and develop product UVP effectively.</li><li>Support the implementation of product launch manage cross-functional implementation.</li></ul>Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, country teams, regional and global teams.</li></ul> What qualifications will make you successful? <ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Over 5 years of working experience in design/sales/system integration for either Building Management systems or Low voltage power distribution. </li><li style="text-align: justify;">Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):<ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical projects.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Pro-active and self-motivated team player with a strong sales aptitude.</li><li>Good presenter and able to communicate fluently with customers.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>IT system and network system know-how.</li><li>Experience in project sales and/or execution in country.</li><li>Good sense of customer service.</li><li>Innovative and passionate about Building and Power Management solutions</li></ul></li></ul>Let us learn about you!
