Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
     
    • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts, focusing on TNB projects and contractors.
       
    • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
       
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-ups.
       
  • Technical Support
     
    • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers on product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
       
    • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and site visits as required.
       
    • Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to customize solutions for client needs.
       
  • Project Coordination
     
    • Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth product delivery in compliance with TNB standards.
       
    • Support tender preparation, documentation, and compliance submissions.
       
    • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and availability.
       
  • Market & Product Knowledge
     
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TNB specifications, regulations, and standards.
       
    • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management for strategy development.
       
    • Continuously update technical knowledge on related electrical and power distribution products.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
     
  • Experience:
     
    • 2–3 years of experience in sales, project, or technical roles, preferably within TNB or electrical distribution projects.
    • Open Both men and women candidate
       
    • Hands-on experience with electrical products such as fuse, panel, smart meter, battery chargers, and related components.
       
  • Technical Skills:
     
    • Strong knowledge of TNB standards and electrical distribution systems.
       
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
       
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
       
  • Soft Skills:
     
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
       
    • Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
       
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
       
  • Other: Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and project supervision.
