Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Home-based in Penang (covering Northern Region: Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Perak)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the northern region of Malaysia.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Engage with customers to understand applications and propose suitable gluing solutions.
• Work closely with the technical team to organize demonstrations and trial runs.
• Collaborate with glue suppliers to deliver complete adhesive solutions.
• Partner with automation companies and OEMs to integrate Robatech systems into customer processes.
• Prepare sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic) or Business field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial equipment or automation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within the northern region.
