Job description:
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Plan, organize, and manage the full workflow of the creative team on a daily basis</li>
<li>Translate marketing briefs into clear, structured tasks for designers, videographers, and editors</li>
<li>Assign work based on team capacity, priority, and deadlines</li>
<li>Monitor progress of all ongoing tasks and ensure projects move smoothly from start to completion</li>
<li>Ensure all creative deliverables such as visuals, videos, and campaign assets are completed on time</li>
<li>Review and filter output quality before submission to ensure it meets brand standards</li>
<li>Act as the main coordination point between Marketing and Creative team to avoid miscommunication</li>
<li>Identify bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies and take immediate action to resolve them</li>
<li>Maintain clear visibility of all projects, including timelines, revisions, and approvals</li>
<li>Ensure consistency across all creative outputs in terms of quality, style, and branding</li>
<li>Support and guide team members to improve speed, structure, and output quality</li>
<li>Step in to assist with editing or shooting when required to support the team during peak workload</li>
<li>Handle basic video editing, content adjustments, or minor production tasks when needed</li>
<li>Ensure proper organization of files, assets, and project tracking systems</li>
</ul>
