Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the full workflow of the creative team on a daily basis
• Translate marketing briefs into clear, structured tasks for designers, videographers, and editors
• Assign work based on team capacity, priority, and deadlines
• Monitor progress of all ongoing tasks and ensure projects move smoothly from start to completion
• Ensure all creative deliverables such as visuals, videos, and campaign assets are completed on time
• Review and filter output quality before submission to ensure it meets brand standards
• Act as the main coordination point between Marketing and Creative team to avoid miscommunication
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies and take immediate action to resolve them
• Maintain clear visibility of all projects, including timelines, revisions, and approvals
• Ensure consistency across all creative outputs in terms of quality, style, and branding
• Support and guide team members to improve speed, structure, and output quality
• Step in to assist with editing or shooting when required to support the team during peak workload
• Handle basic video editing, content adjustments, or minor production tasks when needed
• Ensure proper organization of files, assets, and project tracking systems

Job Requirements

• Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Film, Multimedia, Creative Media, Design, or any related field
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of working experience in creative production, operations, or related roles
• Strong understanding of creative workflow across design, video production, and content execution
• Hands on experience in basic video editing and shooting is required
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members simultaneously
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving ability
• Good communication skills to coordinate across different teams
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle pressure well
