Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial closing and reporting.
• Manage tax submissions, SST, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems, policies, and internal controls.
• Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum [1–3] years of working experience in accounting or audit.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
