Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on client needs.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Track key account metrics and forecast growth opportunities.
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a client success or account management role within an agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and quick to adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
