We started Sigma School because we believe that the current education system is broken. 
Students are struggling to get jobs and struggling to pay back their student loans, yet employers are still struggling to hire good talents. 
There is a massive, growing tech talent-skill mismatch in the world right now and almost ALL educators are not held accountable to help their students secure jobs. 
They simply have no incentive to ensure their graduates get hired – they get paid regardless.

You will help turn attention into enrollments. This is not “post and pray.” You will:

<li>Build and improve landing pages, application flow, and lead magnets &nbsp;</li>
<li>Set up and optimize email and WhatsApp nurture sequences &nbsp;</li>
<li>Help run webinars/events funnels (registration → attendance → follow-up) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track conversion rates and funnel drop-offs (UTMs, forms, basic dashboards) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Run small weekly experiments (copy tests, offer positioning, CTA tests) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with Admissions to improve lead quality and handoff &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>What success looks like</h3>

<li>Higher visit → application rate &nbsp;</li>
<li>Better application → booked call rate &nbsp;</li>
<li>Cleaner tracking, fewer “we don’t know where leads came from” &nbsp;</li>
