What you’ll do

You’ll sit at the intersection of product and learning. You will:

• Build and improve features on Sigmaschool’s learning platform
• Fix bugs, improve UX flows, and help with internal tooling
• Support students during labs and projects as a teaching assistant
• Help instructors refine exercises, test cases, and project rubrics
• Write short internal docs and troubleshooting guides
   

What success looks like

• You ship small features weekly or close real bugs reliably
• Students feel supported and unblocked quickly
• You improve the quality and clarity of learning materials
   

Job Requirements

 Must have:

• Programming fundamentals (JS/TS preferred): functions, loops, arrays, objects, debugging 
• Comfort reading and modifying an existing codebase
• Clear communication and patience when helping students
• High ownership: you follow through without being chased
   

Nice to have:

• React / Next.js, Node.js, SQL, Git
• Experience mentoring, tutoring, or running study groups
• Familiarity with testing (Jest) or basic system design thinking
