<li>Prepare quotation</li>
<li>Prepare Material Specification List</li>
<li>Prepare appliances proposal (if necessary)</li>
<li>Prepare sales related document such as project track record list, cover letter, pre-qualification document, etc</li>
<li>Prepare sample board</li>
<li>Prepare all tender related document, drawing checklist for designers etc</li>
<li>To submit tender, sample board etc. (if necessary)</li>
<li>To prepare and record project discount structure (proposal &amp; tender)</li>
<li>To discuss the quotation submitted and discount structure allowed</li>
<li>To prepare project / mock-up FCF submission</li>
<li>To coordinate / liaise with suppliers for pricing, samples, etc</li>
<li>To coordinate department sample stock keeping</li>
<li>To coordinate with the client for project/mock-up shop drawings and material sample approval</li>
<li>To compile and brief contract and operation department the details of the newly secured project</li>
