Job Description

1.  Plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
2. Monitor sales data, track marketing performance, and analyze to refine strategies and maximize revenue growth.
3. Manage social media content creation, audience engagement, and brand presence across social media platforms to enhance visibility.
4. Organize promotional events and collaborate with KOLs to boost brand credibility and reach.
5. Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and develop strategies to strengthen brand positioning and expand market reach.
6. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in any Marketing related studies. Preferably with experience in / have strong interest for aromatherapy, personal care, skincare products.
2. Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
3. Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a creative mindset to contribute fresh ideas.
5. Independent, highly driven and self-motivated.
6. Malaysian only.

Salary Range : RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
