<li>Manage end-to-end purchasing process for raw materials and OEM products.</li>
<li>Handle sourcing activities including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers.</li>
<li>Communicate and negotiate with China suppliers (in Mandarin) and local suppliers.</li>
<li>Manage import procurement including shipment coordination, documentation, and delivery tracking.</li>
<li>Request quotations, conduct price comparison, and support cost negotiation.</li>
<li>Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure proper documentation (PO, DO, Invoice).</li>
<li>Monitor order status, ETA, and supplier delivery schedule.</li>
<li>Resolve supply issues and ensure continuity of supply.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate supplier and cost records in the system.</li>
<li>Support cost-saving initiatives and rebate program implementation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with procurement SOP and internal processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders (warehouse, sales, production).</li>
<li> Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.</li>
