  1. Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions.
  2. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  3. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  4. Calculate and check to make sure payments, amounts and records are accurate.
  5. Manage petty cash transactions.
  6. Require to go to the bank if necessary.
  7. Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.
  8. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  2. Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel in particular) and open to experience working in a computerized accounting environment.
  3. Willing to stand by for ad hoc duties.
  4. High emotional intelligence and strong people skills.
  5. Possess a positive mindset and is able to work in a fast-moving work environment.
  6. Independent, highly driven, Result-driven, and self-motivated.
  7. Good time management & Stress management.
  8. Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
  9. Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
  10. Minimum 3 months of internship.

Allowance : RM1000.00 per month
