Job Description  

  1. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
  2. Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  3. Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  4. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  5. To coordinate order delivery with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  6. Compile, track, analyze and summarise sales reports for Sales Manager / HOD.
  7. Assist in preparing presentation slides for Sales Manager for Internal / External presentation.
  8. Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee

Job Requirements

Requirements

  1. Studying Diploma or above in Business, Management, Marketing, or any related field. 
  2. Good time management, resourceful, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  3. Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks and work overtime if required.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
  6. Minimum 3 months of internship.

Allowance : RM1000.00 per month
