Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Executive to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, data management, and front-line customer support at the shop.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems
   
• Use Excel for data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
   
• Manage and update databases using SQL
   
• Handle administrative documentation and filing
   
• Attend to shop customers, provide basic assistance, and respond to inquiries professionally
   
• Support ad-hoc administrative duties as required
   

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
   
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
   
• Strong attention to detail with good data entry accuracy
   
• Good communication and customer service skills
   
• Able to multitask and work independently
   
• Prior experience in an administrative or similar role is an added advantage
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
