Job Description

 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team 
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare quotation, invoice and sales order
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales

     


Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualifcation
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  •  1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply) 
  •  Basic knowledge of office administration procedures 
  • Good organizational and time-management skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
