For our growing SAP Team in Kuala Lumpur (Office location: Centrepoint South, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, Kuala Lumpur 59200, Malaysia), we are looking for a passionate and experienced
Senior Solution Architect SAP TM (Transportation Management)
In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment that will together with external partners to perform rollouts in record time.
What we offer you:
You will be responsible for the realization of challenging SAP rollouts and projects as part of our Global SAP team and will play a significant role configuring and implementing TM on S/4 HANA (decentral TM on S/4 HANA 2022)
- In our global SAP TM rollouts, you will support all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of solutions as well as documentation and end-user training
- You will customize and configure SAP TM solutions in collaboration with the process experts from the business team and implement these using defined methodologies (i.e. data migration, key user training, testing and go-live)
- You are responsible for the business process analysis, review and challenge gaps, translate the business needs to Sika’s SAP global template solutions using best practices to improve processes, performance, and acceptance
- You have duties in 2nd and 3rd level support, change & incident management and you act also as helping hand for key users for our current SAP TM systems

Strong understanding of transportation management processes and its integration with the end-to-end purchase, stock transfer and sales processes
- 5-8 years previous experience working across a range of SAP TM implementations, upgrade and migration projects
- Participated in “Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support” phases of at least 2 SAP TM implementations. Experience in preparing and leading business workshops to understand business processes & requirements
- Hands on experience of SAP TM configuration and RICEFWs functional design. Hands on experience on multiple SAP TM areas (e.g.: master data, order management, planning, execution, transportation charges calculation and settlement…)
- Expertise in the integration of TM with other modules EWM, GTS etc.
- Experience with Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), formerly LBN will be preferred
- Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of ABAP / ABAP OO (reading/debugging) would be nice to have
- Action oriented and drives for results, problem solving skills demonstrate deep understanding of customer expectations and end user needs, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
- Readiness to travel extensively
- Fluent in English
- We do offer two days of home office per week.
