About the Role
We are seeking Cloud Engineers to join our growing Cloud Engineering team based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will contribute to building, deploying, and supporting cloud-based banking software for leading financial institutions across Asia. The role offers exposure to a range of functions including platform automation, pre-sales support, and managed services operations.

Key Responsibilities
1) Core Platform Engineering
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.</li>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.</li>
<li>Assist in packaging and releasing software artifacts (e.g., Docker images, configuration files, DB scripts).</li>
<li>Help build and maintain internal developer platforms and self-service tools.</li>
</ul>
2) Cloud Solutioning
<ul>
<li>Support cloud architecture assessments and prepare documentation (BOMs, diagrams, etc.) for client proposals.</li>
<li>Assist in provisioning demo and POC environments for prospective clients.</li>
<li>Collaborate with solution architects and senior engineers to automate environment setup.</li>
</ul>
3) Application &amp; Infrastructure Support
<ul>
<li>Provide L2 support for managed service clients</li>
<li>Monitor system health and support SLAs by addressing infrastructure and application-level issues.</li>
<li>Participate in project delivery and training sessions for clients.</li>
<li>Gain exposure to specialized areas such as database management and Apache NiFi.</li>
</ul>
