Job Description

• Maintain and balance General Ledger in an accurate, complete and up-to-date manner.
• Perform all activities related to account payable functions including reviewing, coding and processing payment.
• Prepare Financial Reports through collection, analysis and summarization of data.
• Filling and submitting government and tax forms while ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare task and analysis on an ad-hoc basis as required from superior.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.). Knowledge of IBAS system is an added advantage.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Malay.
