<p>The Record to Report Associate is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial records by supporting the general ledger functions. This role involves processing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team player, analytical, and possesses good technical accounting skills.</p>

<ol>
<li>Process and record journal entries ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting policies.</li>
<li>Reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform data entry to bank GL accounts for non-e-banking stations and import bank statements to generate bank entries for e-banking stations.</li>
<li>Generate monthly bank reconciliation and ensure unreconciled items are duly accounted for as well as timely clearance of the bank GL accounts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all adjustments, accruals and reallocations are accurately recorded.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual finance closing activities by preparing supporting documentation and schedules.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Generate reports and/or prepare schedules for audit / regulatory reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with cross functional teams such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting etc. to ensure accurate financial data.</li>
<li>Participate in testing of new system implementation and/or system enhancements.</li>
<li>Any other duties as assigned.</li>
