The Finance Assistant Manager / Manager will support the Head of Finance in leading financial reporting, operations, and compliance functions. The role requires not only strong technical capabilities but also a proactive, responsible and positive attitude. A strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset is essential in driving the finance team forward in a fast-paced retail and consumer financing environment.

<ins>Key Responsibilities:-</ins>
Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory tax filings and regulatory reports.</li>
<li>Uphold high standards of financial integrity, accuracy, and documentation.</li>
</ul>
Month-End Closing &amp; Controls
<ul>
<li>Manage closing activities with attention to detail and accountability for deadlines.</li>
<li>Perform and review account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal controls.</li>
<li>Continuously seek opportunities to enhance process efficiency and control.</li>
</ul>
Budgeting &amp; Forecasting
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget and rolling forecasts.</li>
<li>Deliver clear and actionable financial analysis to support informed business decisions.</li>
</ul>
Audit, Tax &amp; Treasury Support
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities for audits and reviews.</li>
<li>Support treasury operations including cash flow monitoring and bank relationship matters.</li>
</ul>
Team Collaboration &amp; Attitude
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all finance activities.</li>
<li>Maintain a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.</li>
