Job Summary:
We are looking for a Content Specialist to develop and execute creative content strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand presence, and support business growth. This role requires strong creative thinking, meticulous planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for planning, creating, optimizing, and reporting on content across multiple platforms to ensure alignment with SKINMADE’s brand vision and marketing goals.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h4>Content Strategy &amp; Planning</h4>
<ul>
<li>Research content ideas and trends, write engaging scripts, and plan shoot schedules.</li>
<li>Own and manage individual content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.</li>
<li>Create and design various multimedia materials aligned with brand identity and marketing direction.</li>
<li>Develop and present visual concepts with clear guidance on layout, typography, and design style.</li>
<li>Prepare final art using required design software and equipment.</li>
<li>Act as on-screen talent for media assets (e.g., livestreams, product demonstrations).</li>
<li>Execute social content tailored to current consumer trends.</li>
<li>Conduct regular competitor and trend research to uncover content opportunities.</li>
<li>Continuously improve digital content SEO, readability, and discoverability.</li>
<li>Implement A/B testing strategies to refine messaging and boost performance.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Campaign Coordination &amp; Reporting</h4>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate in-house marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launch content.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Affiliate and Creative teams to align content with broader campaign strategies.</li>
<li>Prepare and present weekly reports on content and campaign performance with insights and improvements (added advantage)</li>
<li>Ensure all content delivers against marketing KPIs and brand goals.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h4>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with design, product, performance marketing, and partnerships teams to align messaging and visuals.</li>
<li>Support product launches and seasonal campaigns through compelling promotional strategies.</li>
<li>Share industry trends and best practices to inform ongoing content innovation.</li>
<li>Assist with other marketing and brand-building initiatives as required.</li>
</ul>
