We're Hiring – Finance Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to finance and accounting operations while providing valuable learning opportunities in a professional working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in recording financial transactions into the accounting system and Microsoft Excel.
• Support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Assist in preparing customer invoices and monitoring payment records.
• Organize and maintain finance files and documentation.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and financial record verification.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain supporting documents when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship placement is required by the university or college.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to commit to the internship period required by the institution.
