Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- To manage accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations, journal entries, invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- To ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and statutory purposes.
- Support other finance and administrative functions as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
