Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Consultation &amp; Sales: Conduct in-home or in-showroom consultations with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget.</li>
<li>Design &amp; Recommendation: Provide expert advice and recommendations on product types, materials, colors, and motorization options (blinds, shades, drapery, shutters).</li>
<li>Measurement: Accurately measure windows and verify specifications to ensure a perfect fit for custom orders.</li>
<li>Quoting &amp; Closing: Prepare detailed quotes, present proposals, and successfully close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.</li>
<li>Order Management: Process orders accurately and follow up with clients from consultation through installation.</li>
<li>Stay Updated: Maintain knowledge of current design trends, new products, and industry standards.</li>
</ul>
