We are seeking a motivated and creative Window Fashion Consultant to join our dynamic team in Selangor, KL, Penang, and Johor. Key Responsibilities

• Consultation & Sales: Conduct in-home or in-showroom consultations with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Design & Recommendation: Provide expert advice and recommendations on product types, materials, colors, and motorization options (blinds, shades, drapery, shutters).
• Measurement: Accurately measure windows and verify specifications to ensure a perfect fit for custom orders.
• Quoting & Closing: Prepare detailed quotes, present proposals, and successfully close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Order Management: Process orders accurately and follow up with clients from consultation through installation.
• Stay Updated: Maintain knowledge of current design trends, new products, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, interior design, or the window fashion industry is highly preferred.
• Design Aptitude: A strong interest or background in interior design, color theory, and home décor.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Sales Drive: Proven ability to achieve sales goals and a self-motivated, results-oriented attitude.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new measurement/quoting systems quickly.
• Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations.
