Job Description
- Assist with IT asset disposition processes, including hardware decommissioning and secure data erasure.
- Conduct quality control to ensure compliance with security and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT asset handling.
- Support inventory management and asset tracking.
- Provide technical assistance to clients regarding ITAD services.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with data wiping tools and asset tracking systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Good communication skills in English
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
