Job Description

• Monitor data center systems including servers, storage, and network devices to ensure optimal performance and uptime. 
• Perform routine system health checks and respond to alerts, alarms, and incidents in a timely manner. 
• Provide first-level and second-level technical support for data center operations. Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as servers, racks, switches, routers, and cabling. 
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 
• Open to fresh grads.  
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
