<p>We're looking for a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team! You'll be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and ensuring our applications meet high-quality standards. Experience with test automation, manual testing, and tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus. If you have a keen eye for detail and love improving software quality, we'd love to hear from you!</p>
<h5><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h5>

<li>Participate in requirements and design reviews to understand product features and ensure testability.</li>
<li>Design, execute, and maintain <strong>manual test cases</strong> to validate functionality, usability, and overall system quality.</li>
<li>Perform various types of testing, including <strong>functional, end-to-end (E2E), UAT, and regression testing</strong>.</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.</li>
<li>Validate APIs using tools like Postman or similar to ensure reliable backend functionality.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) to deliver high-quality user experiences.</li>
<li>Support test planning, test data preparation, and test execution across multiple projects.</li>
<li>Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and testing standards.</li>
<li>(Nice to have) Assist in developing and maintaining automated test cases where applicable.</li>
<li>(Nice to have) Support performance and basic load testing activities.</li>

<li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> in software testing, with a strong focus on manual testing.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience in <strong>functional, regression, UAT, and E2E testing</strong>.</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>API testing tools</strong> such as Postman.</li>
<li>Good attention to detail with a strong sense of <strong>user experience and quality</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Added advantage: Exposure to <strong>test automation tools</strong> (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).</li>
