Key Responsibilities

• Focus: User research, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Support the Design Process: Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
• User Research: Help conduct competitor analysis and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior.
• Design System Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining our internal component library/design system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and hand-off

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, IT, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Basic to intermediate skills in Figma (primary), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Advanced Image Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for high-quality image retouching, background removal, and asset optimization for web use.
• Portfolio: A digital portfolio showcasing school projects or personal case studies (even if they are conceptual).
• Mindset: A strong interest in "why" users behave a certain way, not just how the buttons look.
• Asset Exporting: Understanding of file optimization (WebP, SVG, PNG) to ensure banners and icons load quickly without losing quality.
