Job Summary:
Our client is seeking Cashier &amp; Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions in retail store located in Sunway Pyramid &amp; Sunway Velocity Mall. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and excellent service.</li>
<li>Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments securely.</li>
<li>Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.</li>
<li>Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting products.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, store displays, and stock levels.</li>
<li>Assist in inventory management, restocking, and stocktaking.</li>
<li>Monitor and reconcile cash register balances at the end of each shift.</li>
<li>Address customer inquiries professionally to enhance the shopping experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.</li>
<li>Follow company policies on sales, returns, promotions, and customer service.</li>
</ul>
