Job Description

🎬 We're looking for a Content Creator to bring our brand to life through video!

At Spectrum Health, we believe health content doesn't have to be boring. That's where you come in. You'll have the freedom to ideate, film, and post content that actually gets watched, saved, and shared.

What your days will look like:

📱 Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook: product content, health education, behind-the-scenes, and trend-led formats.

✍️ Own the full content cycle from idea to script to shoot to edit to post, and level up based on what the numbers tell you.

🎪 Film on location at roadshows and pharmacy events, plus in-office product shoots.

🎨 Team up with our designer on the visual look and our marketing team on the content calendar.

🌏 Repurpose your best-performing content across formats and languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese).

Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years creating video content for a brand, agency, or a serious personal or creator account. A strong portfolio beats a long CV, so show us your work! 🙌
• Able to shoot on phone and/or camera, and edit in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• You get hooks, pacing, and why some videos blow up while others get scrolled past. 📈
• Comfortable being on camera, or directing someone who is.
• Bonus points: interest in health and wellness.
