We are looking for a proactive and motivated Operation Crew member to support the daily operations of our beauty & wellness outlet. This role focuses on ensuring smooth outlet operations, supporting sales activities, maintaining service standards, and delivering a pleasant and professional customer experience that reflects our brand values.

💰 Salary: Basic + High Commission + Incentives

❗No Sales Target❗, More Sales = Higher Commision💲

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and understand their needs
• Provide professional product/service consultation
• Build meaningful rapport with customers through excellent service.
• Maintain a positive and presentable working station
• Support daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment, and basic inventory checks

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Passionate about sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, is a plus
• Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Experience in retail or sales, is a plus (training is provided)
