What you’ll do

As a Sales Consultant, you will create a welcoming and supportive experience for potential members, helping them understand the club’s offerings and guiding them towards the best membership options to achieve their goals. This role drives new member acquisition, promotes personal training services at the point of sale, and fosters long-term member relationships, embodying our commitment to community and growth.

The salary shown includes a basic salary of RM2000 plus commissions, resulting in a realistic monthly earning potential ranging from RM4000 to RM4000 in total.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consulting. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. 
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
