 POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for helping others and a keen interest in providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.   • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Account Management: Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including billing questions, payments, and updates.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and document feedback from customers and share with the team to improve service and customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure issues are addressed and resolved effectively.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge of customer service best practices.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree in any field.
  • Experience: No prior customer service experience required, although any internships or part-time roles related to customer interaction are a plus.
  • Languages: Proficiency in [Language(s)]. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
