- with minimum certificate in Q.S / Building Management.- 1-2 year(s) of relevant working experience.
- with English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Familiar with ISO: 9001:2015 (Quality Management System).
- Possess experience with Main Contractor in Warehousing projects would be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractors.
