<li>Responsible for the full spectrum of project and site related matters. This will include but not limited to, material procurement, project schedule planning, drawings management, manpower &amp; task assignment, product delivery, quality and productivity management. </li>
<li>To liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities of projects undertaken by the company. </li>
<li>To prepare material procurement list, nesting plan, and schedule for project’s resources; manage the allocation efficiency; appoint suitable manpower based on background, workload, and experience and project requirements. </li>
<li>To implement and monitor all aspects of fabrication activities undertaken from material procurement to completion of projects including delivery or product and constantly ensure project cost is kept within budget. </li>
<li>To monitor sub-contractors’ performance and progress of works. </li>
<li>To attend meeting with consultants and clients and organize internal meeting with supervisor/ subcontractor to resolve the technical and logistic issues. </li>
<li>To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and required by the QSH (Quality, Safety &amp; Health) management system in order to strengthen the company’s position. </li>
<li>To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Management.</li>
